Welcome to our Order Terms of Service. You'll find all our policies related to ordering at Illustrate Designs – review and comply with all terms prior to placing an order. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in being blacklisted from ordering services.
After requesting an order, our designers will provide you with a price estimate. A 50% payment is required before work begins and before receiving the final, unwatermarked product. We do not provide PSD/PDN files.
You are allowed to request a certain designer to complete your order – you must arrange this before your order has been started.
Under no circumstance do we allow you to resell our products/assets. Moderation will be issued if caught.
We do not offer any sort of refund or compensation after a payment is made unless there is an issue or mistake caused by our end.
We are not responsible for lost products; when you have received your product, you are responsible for storing it safely.
After your order is completed, you are not allowed to ask for any changes. You are permitted to make minor changes during the development process.
Avoid buying gamepasses from designers unless specifically instructed. Only purchase gamepasses sent by individuals with the Payment helper role. We are not responsible if a designer scams using their own gamepass. Always make sure that the gamepass belongs to the official Illustrate Designs Purchase Hub.
Bots may be deactivated at any time, with or without a reason. All services must be used for appropriate purposes, adhering to both Discord and Roblox terms of service. Hosting is provided, and we do not sell code. Bots are hosted with GalaxyGate; servers that are inactive will have their bot deactivated to minimize VPS storage.
